Lisa Duerre | CEO, Co-Founder

Lisa Duerre is the CEO and Co-Founder of RLD Group, a WBENC-certified leadership development firm specializing in leadership development, workplace culture transformation, and burnout prevention for tech leaders, teams, and organizations. With over 20 years of Fortune 500 leadership experience, Lisa is a recognized thought leader who helps organizations align people strategies with business goals to achieve sustainable bottom-line results.

Randy Duerre | COO, Co-Founder

Business ownership is not new to Randy. As the General Foreman of Applied Anodize, he helped establish, grow, and sell this family business at a 65% profit margin.


In 2017 he co-founded RLD Group bringing his business acumen and knowing that leadership development is a critical component to any successful business.


Randy’s extensive success in the areas of client success, software integration, manufacturing, engineering, and team leadership are assets tor the RLD client experience.
