Lisa Duerre is the CEO and Co-Founder of RLD Group, a WBENC-certified Strategic Leadership Consulting and Coaching firm specializing in re-architecting the people and process systems for the AI-Era. RLD Group was founded after Lisa’s own personal experience with severe burnout, which forged her commitment to solving it not as an individual failure, but as a system design flaw that threatens enterprise performance. Randy Duerre | Co-Founder, Technology & Internal Operations Lead

Randy Duerre is the Co-Founder and essential technology and internal operations lead for RLD Group, ensuring the firm’s System Design Practice operates with the technical integrity and execution clarity demanded by enterprise clients.


Drawing on decades of experience in manufacturing and core engineering operations (including his current work as a Calibration Technician), Randy specializes in optimizing the internal tech stack, A/V production systems (livestreaming), and core processes that enable RLD Group's high-touch consulting engagements.


 His expertise in connecting operational efficiency to quantifiable financial results is rooted in his successful tenure as the General Foreman of Applied Anodize, where he helped establish, grow, and sell the family business at a 65% profit margin.


Randy's focus on technical system integrity and streamlined process optimization guarantees that RLD Group’s people and process solutions are delivered with the reliability of a high-performing operations team. He is the internal champion who ensures every co-created intervention is seamlessly supported and translates to measurable business impact and definitive ROI for the client organization.

Ginger Derrickson | Internal Systems & Client Operations Lead

Ginger Derrickson is RLD Group’s essential Internal Systems and Client Operations Lead, ensuring the seamless, scalable execution of the firm’s System Design Practice.


She is responsible for the technical integrity and optimization of RLD Group’s core platforms, specializing in two key areas: Customer Support Systems (ensuring seamless client portal access and issue resolution) and Marketing Systems (managing outbound communication workflows and integrations).


Ginger’s expertise guarantees that every touchpoint and communication workflow is reliable and provides maximum, seamless value. Her focus on technical and process optimization is critical to supporting RLD Group’s co-created engagements and translating them into measurable success for the client organization.

Alenka Žnidaršič, PhD | Engineering Leadership Architect & System Design Expert

Alenka is a vital System Design Expert and partner at RLD Group, specializing in re-architecting the human and process systems that drive high-performing technology organizations. Her expertise is rooted in conscious organizational design and Engineering Culture R/Evolution, giving her a critical systemic perspective.


She focuses on solving the structural issues that fuel major organizational failures, including talent churn, engineer burnout, and the breakdown of trust in tech leadership. By shifting the focus from treating symptoms to designing structural solutions,
