Feature Talk: AI Leadership Alignment: Create Value Through Alignment (Not More Tools)

AI is accelerating- yet many organizations are quietly losing value to fragmentation: parallel pilots, duplicated spend, uneven guardrails, and cross-functional rework. In this 60-minute interactive session, Lisa Duerre shares applied research insights from RLD Group’s AI Leadership Alignment Insights Paper (executive interviews + field work) and guides leaders through a practical Alignment Fast Scan using an I–WE–US lens: individual leadership capacity (I), team execution dynamics (WE), and organizational governance and communication (US).


Participants will pinpoint where fragmentation is showing up in their system, protect the AI wins they can’t afford to lose, and leave with one clear 30-day alignment move that reduces coordination tax and increases both speed and trust—without launching a heavy change program.


Audience
Best for C-suite and senior functional leaders (CIO/CTO, CHRO, CISO, COO), transformation leaders, and cross-functional executives responsible for scaling AI initiatives - especially organizations experiencing duplicated pilots, inconsistent guardrails, or cross-team rework.
